Welcome to Rehoboth Beach Yacht & Country Club East Side HOA!

The East Side Association within the Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club is a residential community of more than 80 homes located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Our community is surrounded entirely by the spectacular Rehoboth Bay, its peaceful tributaries and lagoons and the scenic landscape of the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Owners enjoy a location just minutes from downtown Rehoboth, the Junction Breakwater Trail and the Delaware Seashore. Bordering our community, a modern and beautifully appointed golf course and classic clubhouse provide the perfect place to play, train, relax and entertain.

The Board of Directors is committed to keeping the business of the Homeowner’s Association running smoothly. If you like, there are plenty of opportunities to meet your neighbors and engage in activities to support the association.

This community is maintained by the RBYCC East Side Homeowners Association, a non-profit, non-stock, member controlled, corporate, homeowners' association. The property owners within the community annually elect their Board of Directors which directly, and indirectly through committees, work for the betterment of the community. The Association is governed by a Certificate of Incorporation and By-laws. The uses and appearance of property within the community are regulated by a set of Covenants & Restrictions which are amended from time to time. The Common Areas that are maintained by the Association are easements for our State maintained streets. The Association charges annual dues to meet everyday operating costs, as well as to add to the Association’s reserve fund to plan for future needs.
